The Seacoast Growers' Association (SGA) officially began its 28th farmers market season the first weekend in May with the opening of the Portsmouth Farmers Market. The market will continue until the first week in November. Other area markets start up the first week in June and continue until the second week in October.
Market offerings this year include plants, flowers, fruits, vegetables, organic foods, baked goods and crafts, all 100 percent locally grown and produced.
Find blueberries and beans, peppers and potatoes, even wine and ready-made cuisine.
